"The check in process was a nightmare. Took hours . So we had to just wait around. Then when we finally got someone to take us to the room, she left us and we didn’t know where she went, so we had to wait on someone else. When we got to our villa, it was hot, the air was not on. Each room had separate air conditioner, but the rooms had windows you could not close to keep air in. The pool was not cleaned. The WiFi didn’t work, so they had to bring us a hot spot instead. One of the bathrooms in the villa flooded when we tried to take a shower. It was too many things not right and the location is about 35-40 min from all the fun. "

"Pros great view, clean, great check in, great location. Cons, showers they poured water everywhere and you had to squeegee the floor after every shower. The pool was 7ft deep with no low end. The beach was rock with a ladder to get in the water."

We were not warned that there were 37 steps straight uphill to get in. No way to drive to entry. Very strange layout. No sitting area except on patio. No bodywash in bathroom. No propane for grill. No towels for the pool. The view of ocean was great."

The ice maker was only making a couple of cubes a day had to go out and buy bags of ice. The pool area when we arrived and where we hang our clothes had poop all over and someone did come out to clean it. "
