"The property is gorgeous majority of the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Everything was clean. The hotel conditions was well kept. The drinks at the hotel were overrated as well as the food I ate here once at the sushi restaurant, the wait for the food was very long and staff didn’t check on us often however this is my only complaint. I felt very safe here. "

"Loved this property. Very clean. The property was very quiet and tranquil. Although not beachfront you have access to Dreams across the street in which they can take you in a golf cart. Staff was top tier. Queeny was the nicest concierge person I’ve ever meet.she even placed balloons in my room for my birthday which was very sweet. She was Always willing to assist. The bartenders were great as well Latoya,Deion,and Ignu(not sure how to spell his name or if I’m pronouncing it correctly, my apologies, but he was at the Flora bar). I would rebook this hotel anything. "
