It was beautiful. Not the newest of hotels but well worth it. Perfect for families, as they have many activities for the kids.

Yes there were activities for all ages. Staff were very hospitable and sweet.My room. A beautiful view of the breath taking beach. Some things are out dated in the room such as the dresser cabinets needed minor repairs and shower curtain kept falling down. Otherwise everything else was superb. Thank you for an amazing time and memories.

The breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit, omelettes made to order. Even though there is a line to be seated the staff was very efficient in seating guest quickly as possible.

We stayed in room 8119 (building 8 ground floor - sunclub room). It was a quiet and relaxing experience with little disturbance on this side of the property. Rooms were clean, staff was very welcoming and we can't wait to go back.

Room was very outdated. Dresser drawers would not close, no place to hang towels in the bathroom. Front desk staff seemed very clueless, not knowledgeable. Even about the restaurants there. Food was average except Italian restaurant was good. Property was pretty clean. Would I go back? Yes to curacou but maybe not to sunscape.

Curaçao was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The staff at Sunscape were very friendly. The property was well maintained. The beaches and sunsets were unforgettable! Waking up to the view from our ocean front room was a slice of paradise. Two comments I have are the air conditioning was horrible, the room temperature was uncomfortable and I wish there were a few more food choice options.

The room was dated, there was a musty smell in the room. The bathroom hooks were broken, the bathroom doorknob was finicky. The food at the resort was ok. Staff is very friendly and nice! The beach was beautiful!

It was an amazing time. The entertainers were great. Shoutout to Cassie, Candy man Amanda and Rock amongst others made sure we had a great experience and accommodation. The beach was clear and beautiful and the food was really good. No complaints

We had a great view from our room. We had upgraded to ocean front . Room was very spacious. Amanda and Peter are the absolute highlights of this place. Would definently return and recommend this resort to others .

Poor meals choices. Food was very salty, tasteless. Recycled lunch menu for dinner. Food was not label so you had no clue what you were eating. Staff attitude stinks especially front desk staff. Hyaat needs to do something with this resort as it is a slump.

This place is like nothing they advertise! It is in shambles. Half the activities don't exist. Old buildings with none of the proper amenities. Unfortunately this place is awful. The staff however was pleasant.

The room I was given was different from what was shown in the pictures, and it wasn’t very clean—you could even see strands of hair on the shower handle. The food was overly salty, and the pool didn’t appear well-maintained. However, I will say that the staff was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated.

Food was good a lot of options. Some staff were very kind especially the sun club lounge but others seemed like they didn't want to talk to me or me asking for help was an issue for them. The buffet has good food but if you are trying to go for breakfast make sure you go early otherwise there will be a big line, same as dinner. The pools are nice but the best is the beach with the crystal clear water. Room was clean and only some times they would forget to fill the mini bar but as long as you let them know they would go and fill it up. The only issue with our room was one of the glass shower doors was missing so whenever we took a shower it would make a mess all over the floor.
