「I liked that the staff were very helpful, very accommodating, good food, drinks were plenty, live entertainment, many pools and bars on the facility. Tours were included. Room was clean with proper functioning AC Unit. Only thing I would say, no voltage adapter for converting Euro to American outlets, but was able to purchase at front desk for a small fee. Not enough bath soap, shampoo and conditioner.」

「We stayed at this property for 9 nights. Although it is a nice property, it misrepresented its amenities in the Expedia posting. The posting lists two pools and a beach, both of which are correct. However, it doesn't mention that you need to purchase drinks/food from the two restaurants to use the amenities. That was at least $30-$40 daily just for drinks for the three of us. In addition, one of the two pools is gated for a handful of higher-priced rooms and not open to all property patrons.」
