The staff at the Parassasa Hotel were absolutely a delight and pleasure to interact with. They were all beyond helpful and so friendly. The hotel and my room was extremely clean and the location was a perfect midway point between the beaches and the city center. It was a wonderful stay!

Overall, everything has been very good, and we’ve really enjoyed our stay. The service has been excellent and the staff are very friendly and attentive. There are just a few areas where some consistency could be improved, particularly at breakfast. For example, the eggs are sometimes overcooked, we often have to ask for caramel sauce with the French toast, and the toaster is rarely adjusted properly. These are small details, but improving consistency in these areas would make an already great experience even better. Thank you for the great service!

I absolutely loved this place! It’s right by the beach, and the staff were amazing everyone was so friendly and kind. I gave it 4 stars mainly because on our last night, our room wasn’t cleaned, and we noticed some black stuff on the sheets, which definitely grossed my sister out. However, the front desk was very prompt in taking care of it for us. Besides that one issue, everything else was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

During my stay at Parasasa Hotel, I enjoyed the staff immensely! I was shocked to learn that a lot of the staff were young due to their professional! My only regret was after 10pm, everything shut down!

Stayed there for the period Aug 4 to 7 with my wife and 2 kids. Room was clean, toilet, shower and all faucets worked perfect. Daily cleaning is available. The main desk staff was very helpful and yes, we got all the towels needed to use and leave, just make sure and return them. The pool was also clean. Great property all round and would definitely recommend them. We also tried the dining in, the good was also great and we received complimentary drinks with out dinner.

I had a wonderful relaxing stay here as a solo traveler. Staff in training were helpful, pumpkin pancakes for breakfast amazing, pool clean. Across the street from Parasasa Playa-swimming,not good for snorkeling. Great place to stay 10 minutes from downtown.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and cozy, and the views were absolutely beautiful—especially being so close to the beach. What can I say, when we first arrived, some guests were very disgruntled at the front desk, so that kind of got us worried. We got water bottles to use during our stay which was cute! We noticed that the step to go up to the rooms were very dusty. In our room, we were pleased with the size of it, but saw that some of the furniture could do with some updating. The floor was very dusty in the room, my son and husband's socks were completely dirty when they started moving around. Apparently they did work on the ceiling or ac. Lots of debris was all over the floor... mind you we came in around 6pm. Our room should have been cleaned by then! Next issue was the AC. The thermostat said 19 degrees celsius and it felt more like 25 degrees celsius! We spoke to the front desk about it, but they said the guy would only come in the morning. So we had to sleep in a warm room the first night. Spoke to the front desk the next morning, they had to take our info all over again and said it will be fixed.... only one unit got kinda cool and the other was still warm. Evidence that they were in the room was the dust and debris again, had to ask them to get it swept up. The pool, lots of leave and debris at the bottom of the pool near the steps. Overall, the place has potential, good location, but definitely needs to upkeep the cleanliness of the premises.

Room was very clean and smelled clean as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Jimmy, a bartender was very helpful with suggesting local places to visit. All of the ladies that we came in contact with were very sweet. The hotel was great for the price we paid and it is directly from Parasasa beach.. literally walking distance! The pool and the restaurant was a nice touch as well. I really enjoyed my stay and would visit again!
