We had to change our reservation, and the hotel staff was understanding and efficient in helping us with that. Then we got two lovely surprises when we checked in; a personal and heartfelt note thanking us for the return business, and a free upgrade to a beautiful suite that happened to be available. LOVE this hotel and we will always stay there when traveling to or through Curacao. 」

「I stayed here for my birthday and even with my room not being decorated when I arrived and I met the owner she made it her job to go decorate the room for my birthday and make my stay extremely welcome. The bar staff is wonderful. Wish I was there Friday when they had a pool party! 」

The space was gorgeous and kitchen included all amenities including dishes and cutlery perfect for meals out on the terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful both within the hotel space and the restaurant. BijBlauw gave us the perfect place to relax and recharge after our adventures around Curaçao.」

O fato de não ter recepcionista no local é um pouco complicado pois eles ficam em outro hotel na rua de trás, no nosso caso não foi um problema pois encontramos a moça da limpeza que nos atendeu e chamou a pessoa. Mas me deparei com outros turistas esperando certo tempo para vir aparecer alguém.
Fora isso não tenho o que reclamar, o hotel muito limpo, as pessoa muito educadas, foi tudo muito tranquilo. 」

The place is celan. Air conditioner in the room nice and cool. Hot water in the shower and it was nice and clean
The staff was kind and always smiling especially the girl at the front desk.
The location is amazing. We could walk to the Kura Huland and enjoy dining, and also walk to the floating bridge and all the area around Otrobanda
