No service staff at the pool or beach. Disappointing for a large brand (Hilton). Most wait staff indifferent with no smiles. Not very hospitable. Everywhere else on the island the people were warm and friendly. Most of the hotel staff, too. Just not the bar staff.

I booked a balcony. To my knowledge there are just a small amount of balcony rooms. I was under the impression that i would have a pretty nice view of the harbor. Balcony rooms are more expensive.
