"Bad experience "

"Breakfast was great! and the rooms near the office looked like they were remodeled."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pool felt like you were bathing in straight chlorine—the smell was unbearable and it burned my eyes almost immediately. They charge for everything. There is no regular parking available, only valet, and it was extremely overpriced. On top of that, there were extra hidden fees that were never clearly explained. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Hotel felt tired and worn out but the rooms were clean and nice. Restaurants and everything closed by 10pm which made it hard to find food after our dance competition and surprisingly with it being a casino "

"Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears. We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel. "
