The property is nice and the location is pleasant, but the hotel feels old and could use significant updates. Some things were not working properly, including the shower fixture where you control the hot and cold water, which was loose and came out of place. Cleanliness could have been better. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a living room. The living room TV was very small and very basic, even though it was a Smart TV. The bedroom TVs were also very small and appeared outdated, and did not seem to be Smart TVs. Overall, the place has potential, but several improvements are needed.

Very enjoyable stay!

Very nice stay, pools may need to be better maintained. Staff was very nice especially Brittany. Food was very enjoyable in the restaurant. It can be a long walk from your room to restaurant and pools! Our second stay and will return!

The room was nice but on a 5 night stay, They only changed the sheets and towels once and that was the second day. I remember how David Walley’s Hot Springs used to be a nice relaxing Hot Springs and Spa. Now it’s a cheap children’s water park. We couldn’t get near the hot springs because there was nearly 100 kids with little to no adult supervision running around at all hours taking up every pool. There at least should be an adults area or certain hours for adults only. We won’t be back.

This place was great, we had the 2 bedroom villa and it was spacious and nice. It had everything you needed. There were multiple pools and the heated pool and hotsprings were great highly recommend

Amazing Villa

This is one of the nicest hotels/villa's I have ever stayed at. Will at check in was amazing and made the check in process so easy. The staff were so nice and accommodating. The views were spectacular and the amenities were wonderful. I even left something in my room after check out and a friend was able to go and get it the next day! I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I will definitely be going back!

The wetland behind the property was unique, peaceful and fascinating. The room was slightly dated but comfortable and adequately furnished. The pools needed better care and cleaning. Parking was easy and close to the bulidings. Check and check out in went well. There was very little pressure to attend the timeshare presentation which was refreshing. Housekeeping and the front desk were very responsive and friendly. Very good stay.
