Worst customer service experience from the reception & Bell boy desk ever. Spoken to by Bell Boy desk so rudely I challenged their manner just to be given more rudeness. Reception desk staff scamming selective people for extra $30 for trying to check in a little earlier. Tried to do that to me & my wife, we declined & opted to wait the 20 minutes before no charge then watched as they allowed several older people check in with no hint or word about a charge. Given a room that had a view of a wall approx 10 feet from the window & the air conditioning units. Pain on door by lock showed an attempt to break in previously to that room (shame I can't upload photo's onto here). The 2 stars are given for the Valet customer service we received & for the Food Court for not trying to rip off people with stupidly priced food, so tasty & great service there. Casino floor was amazing, easy to get turned around in there but floor staff very friendly & helpful, Seems that the Reception & Bell Boy desk could learn a thing or 2 from them about customer service. Would I stay again? NO, customer service should be the same throughout. Worst experience of our 16 day touring holiday, glad we were only there for 3 days, will try a different hotel if we are back in that area again. Decor is old & tired looking throughout the hotel & rooms. Casino vibrant & alive. Lots of homelessness in the area & constantly coming in to the Casino area. Experience ruined by poorly trained hotel staff.
