「Overall the location was good and the staff members were very pleasant. Initially we couldn't get into our room; keycards clicked but door wouldn't open. We called for help and after 10 minutes made a 2nd call. Someone from the front desk came but couldn't get the door open either. Maintenance finally arrived and got it open. We had to call again to get hand towels and washcloths, which were promptly delivered. The room was fine, although dated and the screen door came off the track when opened....
