「I booked this hotel last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. The location was great for visiting my niece at the University.」

「Excellent hotel; live entertainment, decorated for the seasons. It would have been nice if the hot tubs outside where open, as the kids made it not fun inside.」

「excellent」

「Thank you for issuing a refund when I accidentally canceled my original booking. I really appreciated it. Since I still wanted to stay at the hotel, I made a new booking shortly after the cancellation and asked for a refund only for the original booking. However, the hotel also canceled my new booking and refunded both reservations. I only noticed this just before my stay. Fortunately, a room was still available, so I was able to stay as planned.」

「Clean room and friendly staff.」

「The young lady at the reception was wonderful」
