「This was a brand-new home and fit our group of 15 perfectly. From kids to adults, everyone agreed this was a great house with an easy, short walk to the beach. The pool was large, and the surrounding area was great with a large outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor seating/lounging. There were some minor plumbing issues due to being so brand-new, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately by the very responsive property manager. 「Apartment had everything we needed for a week’s stay, was well-kept and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and silverware. Fridge was full-size. Hot water and water pressure was great. Beds were comfortable. Location was right in downtown with easy parking on street or behind apartment. 「Loved the property and the location was great. Loved that they had van transportation. The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing. 」

「Had a family reunion here with 19 people. The house was super clean, and had room for all of us. We had fun watching the turtles on the lagoon sprinkler, and we walked to the beach several times. The kitchen is roomy enough to make big dinners. Great stay. 」
