Nice view, nice room, nice service, nice food. The hotel is surrounded by very nice environment. The leaves were turning red when I visited, I can imagine how nice it would be when all leaf turns red. The facility is very simple and rustic. I could enjoy and relax in such beautiful environment. The staff was very nice and I felt welcomed. I had trouble with the in-door hotspring and the staff could help fix it and followed through. I admire the owner came to welcome us during meal time and sent us away IN PERSON when we checked out. I love the connection and feel respected. The food was amazing and the portion was right

保持水準

已是第二次入住，今次住的露天風呂房間景色超美，晚上在星空下浸著溫泉，真是一流享受；餐飲方面仍保持水準；只是池塘上的獨木橋變成了木製小橋，有點可惜。

環境寧靜舒適

預約了酒店的接駁車到車站接送，一下車酒店職員帶我們辦入住手續，還提供一杯熱薑茶（當天有點冷），之後就帶我們到房間作介紹。白天浸溫泉可以看到流水，晚上抬頭可看到星星，環境寧靜舒適。晚餐跟早餐很精緻，疏菜類比較多，菜式味道不錯。晚餐時段飯店老闆會出來跟每台住客打招呼跟交流。

員工服務非常好，其中兩個是台灣人，溝通沒難度。早晚餐極豐富，份量驚人，非常美味。最體貼是早餐後在火爐邊飲咖啡，配上窗外美景。

また泊まりたいお宿です。

静かな場所でゆっくりできるお宿です。お部屋の露天風呂が夜に少し暗いのがマイナスでしたが、そのマイナスをしっかりカバーできるだけの良さがあります。晩のお料理もすべて美味しく、お料理ごとに合うお酒を飲めました。食前酒の梅酒は本当においしかったです。また泊まりたいと思わせるお宿です。ただ、7月の大災害の爪痕がまだ残っていて、本当にたいへんな災害だったことを感じました。
