"The staff were very courteous at check in and check out. The flat was mostly clean and comfortable. The flat was in a good location for us. However, it was rundown and needs to be re-painted, a lot of marks on the walls. One of the towels had a big hair ball in it. The shower had a lot of rust all over it from top to bottom. The toilet is in the corner and it’s not easy to sit properly on it if you’re a bigger person. I think the flat needs to be refurbished. "

"No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"This is the second time we have stayed at Warren House and again all the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. We had a relaxing evening in the bar and enjoyed a nice meal from the bar menu. The room was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed.
