"Pool was nice. Was disappointed with the hot tub was unavailable and our shower smelled like mold and had black mold on the walls. Spoke to front desk and they provided great customer service. They didn’t charge for valet parking and apologized. They will address the cleaning department about the mold issue to get it resolved for future guest. The rest of the room and guest services wax amazing. "

"Very clean room and staff were very nice. Priority check in is a bonus with specific bookings. The lounge on the 23rd floor, again available with specific books is the best!"

"Staff great, room was clean, shower was pretty gnarly to get to work properly. Had to take the emergency stairs to catch my Uber to the airport as only two elevators were working. But will probably stay here next time, as it is a pretty solid place "
