"As a lot of the previous reviews have mentioned, the reception staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Thanks Linda and Andrew! I got a complimentary upgrade to a 'superior suite' which was lovely. Decent size lounge, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, all nice and warm, clean, well maintained. Only very very minor criticism is the gym was very small and with 3 people in there at once really wasn't room to swing a kettlebell round! But that aside, a really good stay and I'm sure I'll be back!"
