"We stayed this hotel for one night for the convinece the free shuttle bus to golden temple. This hotel really impressed us is the super friendly and polite staff. The young man who checked in us , his name is Khin M. He speaks fluent English, he is very polite and friendly, helped us to store our mutiple luggages before check in and after check out, and he helped us to book shuttle bus to golden temple. He is very kind, after checked out, he also offered us 2 bottles of water. The hotel is in very convinent location, train station is next door. The room which we stayed is very quiet and clean! Oh, the free shuttle bus to golden temple is very clean and convinent, the driver is very nice and on time! We definitely recommand this hotel! Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!"
"I would recommend this hotel. No complaints about it at all. The location was not my personal favorite in Kyoto, but it is super close to Nijo Castle and the Imperial Palace which is nice. The station is also just steps away and will get you wherever you need quickly."
