「Condo was adorable and very conveniently located, literally steps to beach! I was surprised to find a couple small pieces of trash, nothing nasty, just empty Parmesan cheese packets) laying behind the trash can in the room. Upon entering, the lights and tv were on, and for a second I questioned whether the room was already occupied. 「We had a great stay at this VRBO! The property was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was definitely a standout feature and was enjoyed by everyone. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was, which made for a very relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!」

「This property is not as advertised.We left after one night. We were booked for two weeks. The nice pictures may have been from when it was first listed. Some serious renovations and a deep clean needed including a full carpet replacement. Bathroom has black mold under shower knobs; shower curtains are dirty and moldy; children’s bedroom had a squeaky bunk, was missing a fire alarm; washer had rust on the lid. I could go on. Hopefully the pictures tell the story. 」

「The instructions to open the door with combination could be more clear. The bathtub was not clean; scum and hair on walls of tub. Electrical problems with fan and lights coming on by themself several times throughout the day and night. No control in the room for the air conditioner and it was a hot weekend.」
