「I can see that they are making an effort to keep the lobby clean. However, some of the facilities are very dirty, and in the court yard, old trash has been left scattered around.」

The room was overall clean and ‘checks the boxes’ but it feels a bit tired. 「We had three villas. We didn't get our room keys until 5:35 on Thursday. We all had to rush for a 6:30 event in Kelowna. Getting our room cleaned was also an issue. We’ve stayed at Manteo for 10 years in a row but won’t be going back.」
