"Emerald Lake is a fabulous getaway. Rooms are clean. Fireplace was a lovely touch. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant meals are delicious. Definitely will be back again sometime."

"The staff on check in were very welcoming. The room was very clean. Looked like it was recently refurbished. The extras in the room are very appreciated, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. I love the location of this hotel. Walking distance to the mall and movie theater. No to far from downtown either. There was only one downside. I had been given a room facing the pool and the one night it was full of kids till 10pm. Very noisy. So if you want to be guaranteed quiet ask for a room facing the outside. I feel also the pool should close at 9pm for kids. I will stay here again though."

"Left my phone charger in the room. Missed it when I checked into my next stop in Kelowna (same day after check out). Called back immediately, described exactly where it was (wall plug to the left of kitchen sink). They had to contact housekeeping and advise next day. Next day, it couldn’t be found. A white charger plugged into a black tiled back splash. ? Clerk suggested I call back for lost & found."
