「Beautiful modern 2BR pet friendly standalone guest house with all the amenities. We had to leave a day early because of a family emergency but would definitely return again. The hosts were excellent.」

It was a little unexpected that no shampoo or shower gel was provided, but there are plenty of stores within easy driving distance to buy anything you need. 「Gorgeous view from inside or out on the balcony. Close to Renfrew Pub and a short drive to Botanical Beach. The perfect spot for a quiet getaway.」

「I would NEVER knowingly stay where I have to use an “outhouse”! No soap in outhouse. Very little cell service on Salt Spring Island; it took an hour to discover that the cabin was located BEHIND the host’s house down an unmarked back lane. There was no microwave just a BBQ. All water was outside. Thick bush meant lots of mosquitoes. Could not get gas fireplace to work. It was however very private and close to town. Windows were clean. Breakfast granola was scrumptious.」
