「It was a very comfortable room, but a litte dated and scruffy round the edges. the staff were all really good - cheerful (moslty!) and friendly which helps a lot. I had a room on the ground floor which opened into the car park so wasn't keen on leaving the window open - it didn't have a lock 'airing' mode, but not a big deal. It felt safe enough. Food options were ecellent and the meal I had was great value for money. 」

「We loved staying at this fantastic old pub the staff were great breakfast was fantastic and included in the price. The only 2 things I would change is the bed, it was rock hard and could’ve don’t with a soft top mattress topper to fix this problem, and there was no air conditioner and the room was very hot so a ceiling fan or even a pedestal fan could be in the rooms. Other than that everything else was great. 」

「Very last minute booking. Only stayed for one night and the room was clean and well appointed. Mattress I would say needs to be replaced and struggled with the wi fi signal. Good breakfast included. Staff friendly and accommodating. Nice open space and river walk close by. Would definitely stay again if in the area. 」

「Was met by a very polite young man who carried our overnight bags to our room which was unexpected but good to have. Room very spacious but too hot, although they did have a fan. Compact bathroom with expensive fittings but not complete. Tap is loose and the one light was flickering on and off. I think this is still a work in progress but it won't take long to get there. Woukd stay again」

「Lovely pub with comfortable room. Friendly staff and nice beer. I was greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to my room. Tea/coffee making facilities were present and fresh milk available on request in the bar. I only had breakfast once but it was tasty and well presented. 」

「便利なロケーションです 部屋も広く3人で快適に過ごせました ただ、レートチェックイン(といっても6時半)のため部屋番号、鍵の置き場所は全て当日の四時頃の連絡となり、電話が自信がなくメールで受け取ることにしていたのですが、freeWifi頼りの私たちはヒースロー空港 ブリストル駅など異動先でスポットを見つけて確認しなければならずちょっと不安でした また建物の入り口を暗い中探すのに時間がかかり何度も人に聞く必要がありました 土地勘がない方は詳しい地図などちょっと準備することを勧めます あとボイラーのトラブルがあり、時々お湯が止まりました。電話しましたが滞在中は改善せず何度かボタンをリセットして凌ぎました」
