The 4 double beds (as well as the two sofa beds in the living room) mean you can get 8 adults staying at once. "Brilliant location, you can walk into town easily along the seafront. Narrow stairs and about 5 flights of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, however everything else about the property was brilliant. We were a hen do of 18, plenty of things to cook with/serving dishes, plugs next to every bed for phone chargers, hairdryers in the dressing room. Plenty of bathrooms/showers (although the shower in the ground floor doesn’t drain well). All in all, excellent!"

"A group of 15 of us stayed at the property for the hen do and everyone raved about the house. The location was so perfect with no need to get a taxi at all over the weekend. The use of the key pad to get in meant there was no faffing with who had the key which was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of rooms unlike many others in the local area where there would be large numbers in one room so everyone had a good sleep regardless of what time they got in! - the lounge fitting us all in...

The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out.
