A beautiful, spacious seaside studio apartment with sea views, located right opposite the beach, in the vibrant coastal city of Brighton, also pet-friendly.. 2 steps to entrance.

All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom area: Pull Down Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. On road parking. No smoking.. The Beach Studio offers an open and spacious layout that combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room seamlessly. When it’s time to rest, you can simply pull down the double bed, which is cleverly hidden within the apartment’s design. The bed offers a comfortable and restful sleep, ensuring you wake up rejuvenated and ready for another day of exploration. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, making it a breeze to whip up delicious meals during your stay, but for those wanting a break from cooking there is a huge choice close by. The living room area is designed for relaxation, with comfortable seating and elegant décor. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and provide a stunning view of Brighton Beach.

There is no shortage of activities and attractions to enjoy in and around Brighton. Try out Sea Lanes, the UK’s first national heated open water swimming centre on the beach. Take a stroll along the iconic pier, enjoy classic fairground rides, indulge in traditional fish and chips, and soak up the lively atmosphere. Lovely location but be prepared for noise

Generally a good property, excellent location, great shower and kitchen. We had the unfortunate timing of being there during the on the Beach music festival which was directly across from the flat and as you can imagine the music was quite loud. Beware the washing machine as it is riddled with black mold and mildew rendering it unusable.
