「My family and I came to Cleveland to visit the Rock & Roll HOF, and stayed at the Drury for 2 nights. The building is absolutely beautiful! The rooms were clean, the complimentary breakfast and dinner were really good, but what stood out the most was the staff. Across the board, every staff member including the valet, the front-desk workers, the cleaners, the bartenders, and the manager were all amazing. We hung out at the hotel all night and watched the manager do everything from walk around...
