"Parking for my long wheel base sprinter van was easy had a new room which was excellent the staff I interacted with on check in and check out were very friendly and helpful only reason wasn’t 5 stars across the board is due to an ongoing refit but they have done there absolute best to minimise it effect on your stay "

"Tolles Hotel mitten in Westerholt. Schöne enge Gassen. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar, der Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Betten waren sehr gut. Wir haben es auf unserer Liste für ein nächstes Mal. "

"Meine Kritik richtet sich an den Service beim Abendessen. Meine kleine Bestellung wurde erst nach 45 Minuten zum Tisch gebracht, nach zweimaliger Erinnerung. Eine kleine Geste des Bedauerns wäre angemessen gewesen, fehlte aber. Es waren übrigens nur wenige Tische besetzt, das Personal hatte also alle Zeit der Welt, sich auf seinen Job zu konzentrieren."
