「Room was disgusting - the floor was sticky, there were cobwebs, parts of the floor were coming up, mirror was dirty, walls had visible dirty marks, there was a leftover syringe cap on floor. When I went to the front desk, they attendant said she could re clean it. At that point, i asked for a refund. I couldnt stay there with it being so gross.」

「Honestly it looks nothing like it does online the staff weren't that great my key wasn't working for me to get in my room and the staff thought it was funny when it wasn't their doors dont even lock that great I was afraid it was just me and my kids for my grandma's services my husband couldn't make it I didnt feel safe at all and my kids didnt either I wont be staying there anymore」

「Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was)....

「We had a good stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Only exception was no working bathroom fan and the microwave cord was unplugged and did not reach the outlet without removing it from the compartment it was in. Otherwise, everything else was good.」
