「There was a piece of furniture in the room that combined a chair and a table, and it was in the way. My child hit their foot on it, and their little toenail was torn off. I do not think it was safe. In addition, the ice machine was not working. At check-in, there was no explanation about breakfast or parking. The extra bed did not come with a blanket, although one was brought to us after we contacted the staff.」

「We stayed Halloween night so possibly a more busy night. You can hear some noise from other rooms and sometimes hear plumbing but overall not too bad, very convenient location, fast check in and check out. Some towels did not seem very clean. Overall cleanliness was good.」

「One of the maids walked into my room without knocking first, while I was getting dressed. The front desk clerk, scolded me in front of other guests about a booking error. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. The breakfast area was awesome. The shower is a poor design, water spilled out onto the floor of the whole bathroom.」

「Excellent room, spacious warm shower, comfortable bed and pillows, friendly and professional staff, surprisingly perfect breakfast. Just a couple issues (1) giant dried up booger in bathroom (cringing), and (2) giant portal of doom also in bathroom covered in plexiglass with one corner lifted. Great for Halloween time but should not have watched so much X-Files in the nineties.」
