「We appreciated the detailed instructions to enter the apartment. The images were essential. The host readily answered any questions and the apartment was modern, clean, and quiet.」

「We were pleased with our stay, everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the views, the hot tub, and the nearby restaurants. Only complaint is we that we wanted an additional parking spot but could not have more than one, we wanted to pay for one but it wasn't possible. 」

「The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. 」

「Provisions Cafe is a 10/10, access to the ferry is a 5 minute walk. Only negative is there no market close. House is homey feel ready with easy access and good secure feel. Property Manager was in constant communication and ready to fulfill any and all needs. Very receptive to constructive criticism to help improve experience. Overall this rent a 10/10 and would recommend.」

「The three bedroom apartment was very clean, well furnished and supplied, and had off street parking and all was safe and secure. It was near the highway for visiting the city every day. The staff was wonderful. It made for a wonderful family reunion with formal event attendance. 」

「Terry was an excellent host. We had a very big project in the Bay Area for a week. I work hours for 10 hours a day just like these really want to come back to a place you can reset relax and prepare for the next day.The place was very clean and chic Bedrooms were very comfortable La-Z-Boy chairs hit the spot after after a long day of work. I definitely will recommend booking this place so look no further.Host is kind with excellent communication.」
