The hotel needs a deep clean. The elevator was filthy and often had yellow caution cones in it. Housekeeping was not reliable. Breakfast below average, and many times out of items, like forks. Shower stall was slippery. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Location was great, walkable to several restaurants, Starbucks. The air conditioning was broken in the lobby for most of our stay, and it was very hot! Guess I expected a little more from a Hilton.

Had a very pleasant one night stay. The room was clean and quiet. Common areas were tidy and comfortable. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and tasty. I would happily stay here again.

Property was older but overall nice. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working as I had called th hotel specifically to find out if there was one. It was a hot tub but the jets weren’t working. We also had a daddy long legs in our shower. Other than those mentioned things our stay was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was accommodating. Expedia messed up our reservation so the hotel manager gave us a room next to the elevator for $110 less.

Exceptional cleanliness in room, elevator, dining area, fitness room and restroom.Not impressed with buffet breakfast, eggs , omelettes very salty, sausage looked undercooked. Bisquets looked undercooked. Hard boiled eggs must be peeled. We are dog parents, rock in front and side area by pool was good for potty. Open field next to hotel good for walks.

This place was a mixed bag - at least for me. Check in was fast and easy and the person at the counter was really friendly and efficient. However, when I got into the elevator to go to the third floor, the elevator did not move. After several times pushing "floor #3" I decided to push "floor #2". For some reason that worked so I did that every time I got into the elevator. The room, bed and bathroom were all up to standards. The next morning however, I went to get some breakfast and there was a hair in my scrambled eggs...after throwing that in the trash, I went to get a coffee and it was not even luke warm. So - I had a banana and tea instead - those are hard to mess up. I was only there one night, so there was no chance for me to see improvements - that was my only experience with the food...not a nice way to start the day.
