「There was an issue with check in that was likely a combination of issues between the hotel and Expedia that clearly had frustrated the hotel employees and guests as generally tensions were elevated during check in and it was not the most pleasant experience but it was able to be resolved. The AC was not working in the entire hotel and it was a hot weekend though it cooled down pretty well at night and was quiet enough to keep the windows open. The hotel location is great! Very walkable to things...

「There was a major construction going on at the lobby and they put us the room next to it when there were more vacant rooms. The noise started at 8am next day.
Then shower was not working… Only super hot water came out so that I couldn’t take shower. And microwave oven was not working either… This is the worst hotel experience.」
「Small and safe place to stay. The place is not fancy but the room was clean, bed comfortable and good size for one night as a couple. Has a nice place outside to have some time in nature. Quiet place to relax. I would come back if you need something affordable just to sleep in after long walks runs and be around the city. 」
「I have been to Big Bear many times and this stay was the best. Very unique property nice cleanly rooms and very quiet even though it sits on the Big Bear Blvd. Cold plunge, sauna, horseshoes, bean bag toss and a pool. Close proximity to the village for dinner and close to both ski resorts. Will definitely stay there again! 」
