「The elevator was not working, you had to wait 11-16 min to get to your room not including other floor stops. Elevators were dirty. Housekeeping was amazing, but the bathroom door was not working and there was a leak. PARKING- you have to pay $30 a night and if there is not parking by the pm they have a overflow parking lot which you walk 5 min to get to the hotel, very inconvenient for me since I had kids. 「The hotel is lovley, the only problem was the staff. Maria made my stay a uncomfortable one, I was planning on extending it was barely 10:30am and she told me to get out of the shower to go downstairs and pay. Also, the housekeepers just walk in without giving me a chance to open the door.」
