One minor complaint, when paying to include breakfast in your stay, they still print out a ticket you have to sign - they manually zero out cost, but still not Comfortable with this practice. Rooms were super nice and clean. But....I always write this hoping they willsome day pay attention! The bathroom lighting is not great for women when trying to put on makeup, etc. And there is no AC vent in there either. Also, the showerheads are never strong enough. We had an issue with noise starting around 5 am. Sounded like furniture being thrown around in a room. Called front desk and they had security check the 2nd and 3rd floor. When I went in to take a shower the faucet handle came off so no water. My sister and I took sponge baths in the sink. We advised the front desk when checking out and your staff were very professional and gave us a credit for the parking. We will come back again.
