"Book here because offered shuttle to airport. An older hotel, obvious by outside entrance door to room but room very clean, staff friendly. I was up at 3am to catch my 4:30am shuttle. It was waiting for me when I got to lobby. Quick trip to airport. Great"

"The steakhouse was welcoming, and the food was excellent. When I went to extend my stay, I was told they were sold out and that there was nothing I could do. I am a Gold member, and I felt utterly dismissed by the lady at the front desk. Worst experience I've had with Hilton staff."
