気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The WiFi worked well which is what I needed. The room was terribly small and looked neglected like it needed some repairs. Minimal items inside and 1 tiny trashcan. The walls are paper thin and you can hear anyone coming and going. Didn’t care for the lack of staff and text only communication. Only gave 2 tiny towels and the water pressure was very hard with only one setting on the shower head which made taking a shower very uncomfortable. The room wreaked of weed when we checked in and there was a dirty rag left in our room in front of the tv. Each car is assigned a spot for each room and when we got back from an outing a car was in our spot and it took a little bit to resolve and needed to back and forth text someone that we were going to park in a different spot. I imagine if we couldn’t get it resolved where would we have parked? We shouldn’t have to text someone for 20 mins asking about where we are going to park because they can’t regulate the parking situation. We just wanted to get to bed so we could leave as fast as we could in the morning. The bed was very hard. Another guest rushed out of bed as we were leaving in the morning to inform us we needed to close the front door when leaving because someone left it open all night which wasn’t us because we were not the last people in for the night. I would never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. I needed decent WiFi for work and a place near sugarloaf otherwise I would not have stayed. Not Cozy
