"Definitely would come back. The staff is very welcoming when you first arrive. When asked about spa treatments they described them very well. As well well informed on restaurants around the hotel. They room was very clean and bigger than it looked. We booked the kind bed. There was alot more storage space than I would have expected. Didn't use the pool but the pool/patio area looked very relaxing "

"The pool is nice and heated! For the price, you can’t beat this hotel. It’s nice! Comfy bed. It’s on a major road and our room was on the side but it didn’t bother us. We don’t eat here so I can’t comment on food. There is a nice walking or bike path all along hwy 111. We rode our bikes to the zoo and all around. "

"We had a wonderful time here at the Hyatt. It was a "sisters" trip and we wanted a nice pool with poolside service. We rented a cabana and it was lovely. The hotel was the perfect getaway for us...we just kicked back and enjoyed our time together. Agua Caliente Casino is nearby and we went there for a couple hours. We enjoyed the lazy river and there were a ton of youngsters having a blast going down the water slides. Hyatt always has such beautiful hotels and we are never disappointed. (P.S. The Hyatt in Playa Del Carmen is amazing!)"
