And then when I asked them about the car chargers (why I booked this hotel specifically), they said they would turn the charger on (from a switch by their desk) for me and never did. I was so disappointed, and had to find another charger to pay for in a city nearby the next day."

"terrible service & scammers, nice rooms though, but don’t accidentally break a $10 mirror or they will ban you without you knowing instead of taking the $50 deposit that if for accidents like that, you rebook, you will be turned away while saying they will refund you, when you request a refund, they will deny it, i called them to try to calmly resolve it had habib tell me he couldn’t find the reservation which was a lie, as i explain they hung up, now instead of being easy i have to call my card, just off principle, they have nice rooms though, but don't get yourself in a bad situation or they will show their colors their natural scammy nature, nothing but facts, they tried to get me for $99.11."

"Staff was awesome. We were able to check in 3 hours early. Food was delicious the entire place was very clean spa and sauna were clean and wonderful. Definitely recommend this as a big bear destination."
