「June 9th, I stayed overnight. A man was helpful in suggesting a nice dinner & drink. Next morning I paid twice for parking. Once in the front lobby and as I drove off the garage. I called the June 11th around 7:15am and a rude female was rushing off the phone when I was trying to leave a message for the supervisor. I have yet to receive a phone call.」

「Rooms were very clean. My issue was there was someone upstairs making so much noise at 2am in morning pounding on floors and running. I complained couple of times but it continued throughout the morning. I booked room because I didn’t want to make a drive I was exhausted and I didn’t get sleep because of this. I did let front desk know also when I checked out. She was apologetic about the situation. I felt the night person should of handled a little better because this isn’t okay I paid money to...
