"We booked this hotel because it advertised a family friendly atmosphere on Expedia. Upon getting here, never have we had a less welcoming experience where we were told to leave the pool because kids weren't welcome at this time. We booked and paid the same as everyone else and on the Expedia site it says nothing about "specific times" for kids. We had to go check on the actual hotel site and click through several tabs before getting to the tiny fine print on the pool rules and even then it wasn’t fully clear. We will never book again. We paid so much money only to be told we could not relax as we wanted to. If this is an adult hotel just say so...don't hide it. The family pool offered was absolutely not a resort pool and felt ostracized. It had no music, no bar and no restaurant (looked like a motel 6 pool). All around not ok for paying almost $1000 for 2 nights. The hotel needs to be clear on the front page of its advertising if it’s for families or for adults. "

"I booked a queen size bed for my husband and I. We visit Palm Springs every weekend and try not to spend too much money. The room we were given (148) was a double bed. I went to the office to explain and he basically said too bad, that's a queen. He upgraded us after my husband went to speak with them to a room with 2 double beds. Surprise - these beds were the same size as the bed in the original room. Be careful booking at this property."

"Slow service at pool restaurant. Just note when it says pool bar and restaurant it is not. It is designed so you have to get fully dressed. Go into restaurant and order and wait long waits for a pool drinks. I’m sure restaurants food is good, since long waits. Just want future travelers to know it’s not just a pool bar. It a restaurant on premises you can get drinks at. Pool was amazing very well kept. Wish I could have taken bed with us slept great. "

"Professional staff, free valet parking, nice pool. The gift store with the pushy Russian lady was terrible—some cool stuff but mostly junk, and she is rude. The property is a little run down but the vibe is awesome!"
