"Perfect place to stay! Private area of the lake, got Lakeview room and it was a beautiful view. With a cute little fire place that works with a switch. Honesty loved the place, nice quiet place. Parking was easy to find. Plan on coming back here everytime I come to big bear. "

"Rooms photograph well but choices were made for design and not function. Lighting at the bathroom sink was too dim to get ready, bedside lights were all glare and closet area has no light I could find. Housekeeping let down the experience with some visible oversights in the bed and bath. The mattress, pillows, and towels were nice."

"nobody vacum the room and we found a hole in the door that later i lost my deposit because i did not report the hole in the door. The cabin was so comfortable and nice for 3 people. Television nice and breakfast so healthy. I like the Natasha cabin. I will take it again."

"Honestly way better than we expected! Love the close walk to the village and the lake. It was enough distance that the hotel was quiet. Louie the manager is incredible! We had a great long weekend stay and will be coming back again. The community living room is a nice touch and great for my fam and I. The other guests were very friendly."

"Breakfast was good. Room was niceeee, no microwave but other than that, room was pretty. Only thing that got me, was the $20 parking, on top of paying a mid-high price for a room. "
