「I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels.」

「We have stayed numerous times and keep returning for the beautiful park views, friendly staff, spacious suites, and excellent location.」

「Hotel location is very special inside Notre Dame university, surrounded by beautiful green well maintained. We had dinner at Rohr's restaurant, every dishes were excellent with good service. The sandwitches at the cafe were also wonderful. I enjoyed it outside sitting on the bench inside the university. Gift shop was exciting. Everything there was never experieced.」

「The property was very clean, staff were helpful and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots to choose from, although we ate 30 minutes before breakfast service ended so the coffee was lukewarm and the oatmeal was watery. I would definitely stay here again, however. It is in a nice area with lots of dining and shopping options.」
