There's not really anything good to say about this hotel. The whole hotel smelled like weed, everything felt dirty, the pool was fine but the hot tub was slightly warm but not hot. The cover on the light in the hot tub was broken and a safety hazard. The elevator certificate expired over a year ago. Breakfast was completely empty and when we asked about it the guy came and put out one thing and wandered away to watch TV again. There were kids yelling and running up and down the hall until past midnight and the staff didn't do anything. The only thing remotely positive was that the beds were comfortable. Definitely would not stay here again and I wouldn't suggest anyone else stay.

Our stay was okay. Based on the online pictures and price (ND football weekend) I expected it to be a bit nicer. Our room was clean, but while using the restroom at night, a roach walked across the floor. Also, both stairwells had not been vacuumed in a while. Parts of the hotel have been refinished such as new paint, floor tiles, and carpet, but other areas show their age such as rusty door frames and old bathtubs. Also, sub flooring was not fixed before putting down carpet and tiles. So the floor tiles in our bathroom moved under foot and the hallway didn’t feel solid under the carpeting. The breakfast was okay. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice through the window.

Shower had pubic hairs in it, there was dead cockroaches and spider webs. Not once did they offer to clean room. You had to bring dirty towels to front desk to get new ones.

Rooms dirty. There was blood on the wall by the door. Nasty suspicious stain on the comforter. WiFi didn’t work in the room. Found that one of the coffee bags(the one on top) was opened and empty(and yes it was noticeable). There were no lights that went on in the pool area. Got pretty dark in there when the sun went down. Funky smell in the elevator and hallways. They didn’t refresh our towels. Definitely would not recommend.

Washing machine was broken, 2nd floor hallway has holes in the floor that are carpeted over, room doors look like they’ve been broken into. There is no water available in the vending machines. The facility is dirty and really should be closed for maintenance and repairs, and inspection by the city for safe housing.

COLD SHOWERS

Was average, check in was good, room and site clean. Phone and remote control for Tv did not work. Shower control for water would not allow you to adjust water temperature, it appeared to be broken, reported id to manager was told it would be fixed the next day cold shower that evening still was not working next day following two nights we had cold showers.

There is no internet there was water coming in the kitchen and dripping from the roof there very little for breakfast outdated milk even The hot tub didn't work properly they would work but it was cold there was water damage where the tiles was leaking water I had no hot water there either And the staff was not very polite otherwise it's all right place to stay in a pinch

The Sleep Inn is in need of renovation. The carpet, walls, etc. are dirty and worn out. The staff was friendly. The location is in good proximity to the toll road and many good restaurants. Just needs to be fixed up.

The staff was helpful, but that is really the only nice thing I have to say about this hotel. There were a number of people loitering outside the doors at all hours, the carpet in the hallways and rooms desperately needed to be vacuumed and cleaned, and our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I did not feel this hotel meets my cleanliness standards, it wasn’t disgusting but was not clean. It was possible to stay for 1 night, but I would not repeat or extend our stay by any means.

Absolutely Filthy Hotel Room sleezy and disgusting! Carpets dirty, left open wine bottle, used soap in the dirty shower. glass not clean, So much deodorizing spay it gave you a head ace. even the TV remote was sticky when you touched it. TV sucked! If there was anywhere else to stay I would have. Even thought about sleeping in my truck; JUST PLAIN NASTY PLACE!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!

Property is decent, we had a total of 5 rooms for the weekend. One rooms fridge didn’t work the best but we weren’t there to use that we just needed a place to sleep at night mostly. Breakfast was decent each morning. The clientele that is being allowed to stay here is a bit questionable as it appears some are long term renters but they seemed nice.

Bed was comfortable. Internet was down, tv was limited, advertised pool, got tub, breakfast. I didn't see any of those things. Microwave and fridge didn't have enough outlets to both be plugged in. Person at desk gave very little information. Staff not very friendly. Hall and stair rugs don't look like they were vacuumed. We went to Travel lodge on the return trip. For the same price they were much cleaner and delivered what was advertised.
