Great stay for a ND game. Hotel is in process of renovations, but rooms are large and hotel was quiet. Staff provided excellent service and attitude. I would recommend and stay again if I'm ever in South Bend.

Very dated, older building, not taken care of at all. They're was an obvious odor, and rooms were not very clean. This was a very expensive stay for a very substandard facility. It was very disappointing. Thus was more like a motel for over $500 a night.

Place was a filthy bad place to stay. No housekeeping services. Bed not made. No towels or wash cloths. One bed had blood on the sheets. Staff was absolutely unconcerned about anything. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Hallway stunk of marijuana. Horrible experience. Hoping I didn’t bring bed bugs home.

The hotel if fine for an ND game or stay at the college if the room is cheaper than most of those in the same area. If you are paying as much as for a room in some of the better hotels in South Bend or Granger then I would go with one of those places. Front desk was kind and helpful. As with other reviews we were not assigned the room we had chosen through Expedia. Front desk said that Expedia had coded it wrong. We ended up with 2 beds which is what we needed. If you book through a third party site, maybe call the front desk to confirm the room you have reserved. Wallpaper was torn off the walls in the back hallways, guessing they are still remodeling? Pool is closed. All in all, ok to sleep in which is basically all we did.

Really happy with our stay. Didn't eat breakfast so I can't speak to that. The room was comfortable and more than met our needs. We stayed in several rooms in different places over the course of the week and this was the best value by far. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lynda, Jerry, and all other front desk staff were very nice and professional. Clean and spacious rooms, nice pool for exercising and relaxing in the morning and night, 24 hour fitness center. Flattering lobby and cool courtyard to cut through to the other side of the property.

The room was great. Very large suite with big closets, excellent size kitchen and separate bedroom. The kitchen had all we needed to make meals. The bedroom was spacious and private. However, at check-in we were not given any info: where to park, how rooms were divided even and odd sides of the building, what time breakfast was served, or check out time. Also we stayed for 5 days but our room was never cleaned, towels never replaced (we even asked for new towels), nor our trash taken out (we did ourselves multiple times). Not sure if we’d stay again.

It was not a bad hotel. It's a pet friendly hotel which is ok, but the only concern is the room cleaners has to pay attention to animal hair and other things from animals particularly. One of the chairs in the room I couldn't sit on because it had dog hair on it.
