気になった点 : 清潔度
This was a horrible experience! From the get! Ignorance at its finest. The place smelt so bad like garbage and wet dog. I pulled up as the cleaning ppl were leaving. If that’s clean idk what’s dirty. They gave me a new comforter (old comforter just new option), which smelt terrible also. The floors ruined our socks. We requested help and instead of calling some strange man was at our door. My bf was walking outside and they met each other. My bf said it wasn’t a good time to come in and if he could please come back in a hr he and 1/2. The man said “yes” and then never showed up at agreed time. We went to our engagement and came home to bags on our doorsteps! It was used soap, old mop, no dustpan, and no windex! We went and purchased cleaning supplies. There was 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 paper towel for 10 days! The bed was unbelievable! Broken in the middle where u fall in. We slip sideways for 10 days. There’s no beach access either. There’s not 2 beds. It’s not a vacation spot. None of the descriptions are correct. Then we are cooking dinner go to take food out and the stove door fell off on my bf foot! Then the kitchen drawer was staples together with a huge area that no longer contains wood. There was zero HOT WATER THE WHOLE TIME! If u were lucky it might b luke warm and had to run all the sinks to get it that temp.Lastly, the owner accused us of destroying his property! It’s also not a safe! Lying to vrbo. But vrbo lied to us also. We’re still waiting for our refund!
