the room we stayed in was awful. carpet very dirty and a nasty order in the room . room 806 stay away. sfter much pushing they finally moved us to the tenth floor where the room was updated.

This hotel was a highlight of our stay in Italy. Everything was exceptional from the service to the rooms to the amenities to the location. Excellent base to go exploring the track or the city. One of our top three meals ever - if you stay please book the restaurant and get the tasting menu. Outstanding experience and great value.
