「Excellent location and a really lovely room」

「Hotel was gorgeous but a few things let it down. 1. I had to chase for the ZTL exemption and the key code to enter the property 2. When we arrive the car gates did not open using the code we had been provided, this had to be updated after I had called 3. Coffee machine in room did not work 4. Shower head fell off when we were using it 5. Hairdryer did work, then stopped working half way through 6. No towels for our daughter, just two sets put out 7. Safe could not be opened, luckily did not...

「女友達四人組で一泊滞在しました！ 空港から近いという口コミに惹かれ、予約しましたが、タクシーを使わないと、辿りつけません。行きのタクシーは四人で20€程取られてしまいました。 (帰りは、空港まで送迎タクシーで10€でした) 周りにはスーパーなど一切ありません。 が、ジュース、ヨーグルト、チーズ、パン、クッキーがたくさん用意されているので、充実した朝食を取ることができました。 部屋はバスルームから隅々まで掃除されており、アメニティは少ないものの、バスタオルはとてもいい匂いで、気持ちが良かったです。 部屋のインテリアも可愛く、大変気に入りました！四人の家ができたみたいでとても楽しかったです。」

「Fantastisk plass❤️anbefales på det varmeste! Sjarmerende hus fra 1500tallet, nydelig utsikt i stille villastrøk. 20min spasertur til gamlebyen Bergsmo. Utrolig koselig vert som bor i huset. Nydelig frokost ble servert når vi ønsket det. Dette må være fineste plassen i Bergamo❤️」
