「Hotel was in a great location and was clean and tidy, however the self service check in was not very intuitive, and when we had a problem with the automatic lock on our door, you could only call a local number, which for an international traveller is not a good thing. The cleaner eventually helped us call the local number and after a bit of hassle the problem with the lock was resolved. There was a whatsapp number, but they would not take calls for service. Think this communication process lets...
