"It seems so unfair to rate hotels, budget or premier, under the same system of just five starts. For what a room cost here, and for it's location, this hotel easily rates four stars. But that would be a bit optimistic on a grand scale. Where it shined was cost (cheap, for Cancun), location (just 1/4 mile from the ADO bus station, which takes you all over the Yucatan), and patience of the staff. They were always willing to provide useful information. Just don't expect a safe in the room, or fancy furnishings. Even still, the bathroom was just fine, the A/C worked perfectly, and I felt very safe in this location. Note: children are highly welcome here. Enjoy!"
