"Property is aged and showing it. Kept clean. Room was spacious. Cafe was decent. Booked this location for the pool, but the pool was closed the whole time I was there. No mention of the closure on the site."

"Great place located close to Cancun central, staff were awesome. Very little amenities, they should put fridges in rooms considering the do not have any food service available. "

"The waitress at the restaurant is wonderful: calm, professional and polite. The food was ok. Pool is a kid's pool. Staff is friednly and available. Echo and Econo facility. Guest should check room location. Barking dogs. A very noisy Outdoors elevator. Street noise?. In my room the AC remote was permanently secured to the wall (near the AC unit and away from the bed, as well as other areas in the room) with no screen light to adjust the setting. Alas, I had a relaxing stay and the staff is making a special effort to have guests feel welcomed."

"Located very close to the downtown bus station. We didn't have a car but I did notice a parking lot out the back. The only take away is that there was a night club across a side street and it was noisy at night.. and no pool."

"I don't know how this hotel gets 9+ reviews and is rated as a 4-star hotel, then labeled as "luxury" by Expedia. It is sub-3 stars at best in my opinion. Yes, everything in their photos is physically there, then photoshopped to look much nicer. The rooms are aged, the bathroom is old and small, you can't get into the shower without closing the bathroom door kind of tiny. We don't find anything not clean, but because everything is kind of old, you don't feel clean or relaxed either. The staff is friendly and nice, the location is good, walking distance to the ADO bus station, and other tourist spots. If you are looking for a place to stay for utility, this place will do. If you are looking for an experience, this is not it."
