「Good value for your money. It is very close to the beach. Maybe 60 steps. You have access to the pier and beach chairs at the hotel next door. The room is clean and the kitchen worked great for making breakfasts and lunches. The air conditioning worked great. 「Stayed 4 nights. Feb 2026 Great location! Convenient to everything. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, the pier, and lots of restaurants and shops. Even more within 10-15 minutes. Free parking available a block away. Friendly staff. Spacious unit. Comfortable beds. Excellent rooftop patio is fun to eat outside or watch the sunset. Placencia has a very cool vibe. Fun fact: there are no parking meters or traffic lights. Really easy to see why you might want to retire here. 」

「Host was super responsive and the place was clean. We really appreciated the large jug of drinking water full and ready for us when we got there. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with kids as it has three full bedrooms.
